To register:
Send your check made payable to Ron Golden's Baseball School, P.O. Box 09446,
Columbus, Ohio 43209, along with the player's name, address, phone number,
current grade in school, high school, position, bat-throw, height-weight
and any other pertinent data. We will help the player gain outside exposure

Academy.
LEARN TO HIT!
There is a need for personal instruction in the skill of hitting that is
unparalleled. It is generally concluded that "Hitters are born and
not made", that they can be helped some, but to what extent remains
to be seen. We contend that many ball players can become really good hitters
if they are willing to take the time necessary to become good; if they make
the commitment to work on this phase of their game. The good hitters who
have so-called NATURAL ABILITY must also be willing to take the time to
practice what they already do well or else others will "Pass Them Up"
in their quest to reach the next level.
Every player who participates and advances through our "AT-HOME" HITTING PROGRAM will receive the proper blend of practice swings to both supplement and complement what he receives during his team's practice. He also will improve his confidence and his ability to hit the ball!
EMPHASIS
The "IN-HOME" HITTING PROGRAM places emphasis on the completion
of a CIRUIT-TRAINING plan that is sub-divided into five stations.
1. Stretching &
Flexibility
2. Warm Up
3. Strength
4. Visual and Mental Exercises
5. Basic Hitting Skills
Players often do NOT receive an adequate number of strokes due to the time
restraints during an ordinary practice session. In order to improve one's
hitting, each player needs a concentrated dose of hitting practice. This
means a repetitive, progressive approach on a daily basis.
FEATURES
* Circuit - Training
utilizing stations is the "Backbone" of the instructional program.
* Professional guidance with emphasis on a series of repetitive drills.
* Hitting Manual complete with checklist, drills and charts.
* DVD on Advanced Techniques of Hitting
* The Skinny Bat
(Player specifies the size: 30", 32", 33", 34")
* Selected other materials including posters for hanging
* Workout T-Shirt
PITCHING
The secret to success in one's pitching is directly related to what he does
on a daily basis to prepare himself physically and mentally to meet the
challenges and demands that will face him. Our primary goal for those who
purchase and use the At - Home Pitching Program is for them to become their
own pitching coach and learn to make the necessary adjustments that will
enhance their overall pitching performance. The first phase of understanding
the At - Home Pitching Program begins with an explanation of the 8 - mechanical
steps that constitute the proper motion and throwing technique. This is
followed with a breakdown of the various pitching drills that support the
8 steps.
The Program is an analytical approach to improve performance allowing for an optional diagnostic "check-up" with a coach from Ron Golden's Baseball School.
The program places emphasis on the completion of a circuit training plan (The System) that is sub-divided into the following stations.
* Stretching / Flexibility * Strength training * Cardiovascular / Running
workout
* Mirror work including "shadow" throwing * Throwing & mechanical
drills * Pitcher's fielding drills
The system is a structured, formatted and organized workout. Each day's activities should be recorded on the charts provided and reviewed.

CONCLUSION & COST
How can you lose? For the nominal investment of $249 (Ohio residents must
add 6.75% state sales tax) you have the opportunity to learn more on hitting
from one of Central Ohio's top baseball directors than you ever thought
possible. To become a successful hitter, you need to practice the "BASICS"
and develop a system which not only works, but has been beneficial to many
other players. Ron Golden contends that improvement in hitting comes from
a dedicated willingness to diligently work on his hitting or pitching in
a systematic format. That is the "AT-HOME" HITTING & PITCHING
PROGRAM. There is a correlation between one who makes the financial commitment
and success. He will likely make the sacrifices that are necessary for success.
Think about it and send for you "AT-HOME" HITTING or PITCHING
